View From The Space
Beautiful Tehran by night is seen in this magnificent picture taken from the Space by Nasa. It is of course taken at night when the stars sparkle and the moon is rising, above Tehran and the Caspian Sea. In the first picture one can see other cities in central Iran including the wonderful city of Esfahan (Ispahan).

In the magnified version of the same picture below, you have even a more impressive view of Tehran. Those who are familiar with the area can recognize in this picture three roads which connect Tehran to the Caspian sea. From up (west) to down (east) on this picture:
- Chaloos Road (connecting Karaj to Chaloos)
- Haraz Road ( connecting Tehran to Amol near the Caspian Sea)
- Firoozkooh road (more curvy road)
